4 simple steps to
unlock your potential
01 Discovery Call
A free 30-minute conversation about your venue, your challenges and what you're trying to achieve. No pitch. We ask more questions than we answer. If there's a fit, we'll tell you. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.
02 Scoped Proposal
Within 48 hours of the discovery call, we'll send a written proposal outlining the engagement, the scope, the timeline and the investment. Everything is fixed and transparent meaning no surprises on the invoice.
03 Onboarding
We start with a full venue walkthrough and operational review. For management retainers this covers team, systems, financials and compliance. For project work it covers the specific scope. By the end of week one, we know your venue and you know exactly what we're doing in it.
04 Delivery & Reporting
Work begins. Depending on your engagement you'll receive regular reporting, on-site presence and direct access to us throughout. Every retainer includes a monthly review. Every project ends with a written handover.
From first conversation to first on-site visit, most engagements are up and running within two weeks.
